Y Bwthyn ( The Cottage ) is a lovely traditional Welsh stone cottage situated within the country village of Talgarreg, just 6 miles from the stunning coast of Cardigan Bay and New Quay, a popular seaside town. Y Bwthyn is a 4* Star, Visit Wales graded property .
The current owners have completely renovated the cottage to a very delightful holiday home, which has been thoughtfully furnished to a comfortable, enjoyable and memorable experience for everyone to stay.
The original features of the cottage such as the exposed stonework and beams, have been kept together with a multi-fuel burner to make it a cosy and relaxing cottage. The modern and bright kitchen/dining room is very well-equipped and includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, and a coffee pod machine. Upstairs there are two characterful bedrooms, a double with en-suite(toilet and hand wash) and a twin room for children with a DVD player, together with a travel cot , bed guard, nightlight and stairgate available on request .Each room has a TV and Freesat . The lovely enclosed garden looks out onto fields beyond and the raised patio is the ideal spot to enjoy the views with a morning coffee and watch the Ref Kites or watch the sun go down with an evening glass of wine .The village pub is opposite which has a beer garden, does evening meals and they are dog friendly.
